Dayjoy Nepal Private Limited Buy Back Policy for Customers / Independent Distributors

Customers / Independent Distributors may return the products within 30 days of invoice date according to the terms mentioned below.

SECTION – A

Thanks for shopping with us. Dayjoy Nepal Private Limited stands behind the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return them within 30 days from the invoice date.

  • If the product is in marketable condition and returned within 30 days with original invoice, 5% handling charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If the product is in marketable condition but without invoice, refund will be provided after deduction of applicable VAT/Taxes and handling charges.
  • If the product is in unmarketable condition, refund value will be assessed by the returns officer.

*VAT – Value Added Tax

Marketable – Products unopened and sealed

Unmarketable – Products opened or seal broken

Exchange Policy

Customers / Independent Distributors can exchange products within 30 days from invoice date.

Required documents:

  • Product Return Form
  • Copy of purchase bill
  • Products in original packing and condition
  • New product should be of equal or higher value

Refunds

After receiving the returned product, the item will be inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed.

Refund will be transferred to:

  • Customer / Distributor bank account
  • Original payment method

Dayjoy Nepal Private Limited will decide the refund method.

No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.

Shipping Cost

Customers must bear the shipping cost for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping was paid by the company, the amount may be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation by Dayjoy

Dayjoy reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or other reasons.

If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method or bank account.

Cancellation by Customer / Distributor

Dayjoy may accept or reject cancellation requests depending on the order status.

Orders already processed cannot be cancelled.

Reference Notes

  • Products must be returned to the Head Office personally or via courier.
  • Return period is calculated from invoice date to product receipt date at head office.
  • Returned products will be inspected and categorized as marketable or unmarketable.
  • Return policy does not apply to open packs of literature, videos, or marketing aids.
  • Total returns cannot exceed invoice quantity.
  • RB / FB adjustments will be processed in the same payout.
  • Any excess payout will be recovered from the distributor account.
  • Additional terms may apply depending on product category.
